We took a class in May and had a wonderful experience.
Wayan and Puspa welcome you into their village and home. We started the day with a tour of the market, taking as much time as we wanted or needed, asking questions and picking items for the class.
Arriving at the house, we got a small tour before starting to cook.
The set up is beautifl with a small orgnic garden right next to the kitchen.
Puspa showed us how to make coconut oil before starting with out meals.
Once the cooking was done, we ate and took our time, so much that we almost forgot to leave!
During the class, Puspa gives us instructions and we all do little parts of te meal. We had just taken a cooking class in thailand where we each had our section, it was not the case here, but still very nice!
